Great service, excellent cleaning crew and easy to deal with. Would use it again. My property manager was happy with the results and had no issues with my bond.

I had booked for an oven clean and the cleaner was very professional and efficient and my oven look brand-new.. I am very happy with the cleaners and will definitely use them again.

We have paid $870 for our end of lease cleaning, however, the cleaners missed cleaning many items including stains on kitchen bench and floors behind toilet doors. To top it all off, the left the house floors sticky!After the property inspection, I sent an email to the company asking them to return to fix a few things they missed and their response was to not worry and that the cleaners will contact the the property manager directly and arrange the time. They did not contact them, nor contact me informing that they will NOT return!The Real Estate eventually hired new cleaners that I’m now left responsible to pay for!STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The service was spectacular. The cleaning crews are courteous and professional. Over all, will definitely recommend their services.

My upholstery furniture appointment had to be rescheduled 3 times due their scheduling issues and part of the quote cancelled as was not advised cleaning a rug covering timber floorboards would issue to damage the floorboards.Booked this company to do a spring clean and oven clean as well. They again have failed to show up after waiting 2.5 hours and called up following up twice where they were and was advised due to an emergency" and the cleaners were suppose to update the client themselves more than 30-40mins ago before I called up the main line. Rescheduled it for the following day for the 2nd time and the cleaners did not show up at all in the morning or 3rd scheduled time in the afternoon. I ended up cancelling the entire spring clean and oven clean as they could not provide any timeframe or priority to do work given their cleaners that cancelled for an "emergency". My experience was the following:- false promises on customer's expectations (if your too busy just say it and be upfront with the customer

Sergio and Khristin did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. Much are and attention was given to each area and the carpets dried quickly which I have not experienced before. Stubborn stains were removed and the cleaner was on time and very friendly. I was really happy and impressed with the service and would use them again.

Avoid Optima Cleaners Perth/KarrinyupI was quoted $200 for upper storey external window clean. They were aware it is a two storey job.They sent a person who had no relevant equipment to work at heights. So he came back the following day. He had no equipment other than a telescopic squeegee.Without asking, he grabbed a garden chair to scale the wall and climb the roof below to reach 2nd storey windows.He left 2 rags on windows sills. He left streaks on almost every window he touched. He was advised there were more windows to clean, he said he would do them however he left without saying a word and without doing the 2 outstanding windows.The company tried to refund for the untouched windows however the ones he cleaned are just as bad.The company tried saying it was too dangerous for the person to climb a ladder despite the following;1) knowing it is a two storey job2) agreeing to do a two storey kob3) he scaled a wall on his own accord to work at heights4) the person appears not be qualified to work at heightsHappy to share photos of what Optima Cleaners Perth consider satisfactory.
